• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partner with leaders, build pipelines, and share market insights.
• Execute recruitment activities, conduct interviews, source candidates, manage scheduling, and maintain data, demonstrating adaptability and strong communication skills.
• Post job openings, schedule interviews, manage candidate profiles, track recruitment metrics, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to attract high-quality candidates and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle, streamline processes, maintain organized records, and leverage HR analytics.

• HR degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition (preferably customer care or IT roles).
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and compliance.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and HRIS systems.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment and using data for continuous improvement.
