Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Payroll KSA

Role & responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis, Design, development
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents
• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor and Compensation modules
  .
• Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and payroll stakeholders.
• Configure payroll elements, balances, costing, and payroll processes.
• Configure absence plans, accrual rules, eligibility profiles, and leave policies.
• Support payroll processing cycles including pre-payroll, payroll run, and post-payroll activities
  .
• Design and configure leave accrual calculations and absence tracking workflows
  .
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll and absence calculations
  .
• Perform system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Support data migration and payroll reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support.

• 10+ Years of experiences.
• Full life cycle implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM
• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Absence Management
• Knowledge of Fast Formula development
• Experience in payroll configuration, balances, and costing
• Understanding of leave accrual policies and HR compliance requirements
• Experience in SIT, UAT, and production support
