The internship provides hands‑on exposure to day‑to‑day Human Resources activities while developing professional communication, Microsoft Office, database management, and administrative skills within an international project organization.
Key Responsibilities- Update company HR databases with new employee information and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Enter, review, and organize employee data according to established HR procedures.
- Assist HR team members with employment forms and supporting documentation.
- Help verify that required employee information is properly completed and recorded.
- Provide administrative assistance for routine Human Resources activities.
- Support employee benefits-related coordination and respond to assigned administrative requests.
- Assist with organizing internal company events and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR files and records when required.
- Support the HR team with Microsoft Office-based documentation, spreadsheets, and administrative tracking.

- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university.
- Studying Human Resources or another relevant academic discipline.
- Able to work independently on assigned administrative tasks.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong attention to accuracy when entering or handling employee information.
- Able to organize documents and complete routine tasks within required deadlines.
