Fresh Graduate - HR​/Recruitment; Saudi National

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduate to join our Human Resources team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment and HR operations while supporting the full recruitment cycle and various HR activities.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, Linked In, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in preparing employment offers and onboarding documentation.
• Support new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
• Maintain HR records and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Prepare recruitment reports and update recruitment trackers.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives and career fairs.
• Support the HR team with administrative tasks and other HR-related activities as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in Human Resources.

• Internship experience in HR or Recruitment.
• Familiarity with ATS or HR systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law is a plus.
