Saudization Manager

Bayt Al Tawabel Holding is looking for a Saudization Manager to lead the company s Saudization strategy Nitaqat compliance Saudi talent pipeline development and workforce nationalization initiatives across all legal entities and locations The role is responsible for ensuring the company maintains strong Nitaqat status builds sustainable Saudi talent pipelines manages relationships with relevant government bodies and supports the recruitment retention and development of Saudi nationals across the organization This position will work closely with the Chief People Officer recruitment team training team operations and government entities to ensure Saudization is managed as both a compliance requirement and a long-term talent development strategy The Saudization Manager will also support workforce planning for new locations prepare Saudization dashboards and reports identify HRDF and government incentive opportunities and help create clear career pathways for Saudi employees

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudization, Nitaqat compliance, government relations, or workforce nationalization.
• Strong knowledge of Nitaqat regulations, Saudization targets, HRDF programs, and MHRSD compliance requirements.
• Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-location operations is preferred.
• Existing relationships with HRDF, MHRSD, TVTC, Taqat, Tamheer, Hadaf, or related government bodies are an advantage.
• Strong skills in HR reporting, dashboards, workforce planning, and data management.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Arabic fluency is required.
• Professional English proficiency is required.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, follow-up, and execution skills.
