Description
We are looking for a Government Relations Officer to join our Human Resources team at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all government-related processes for hotel colleagues, ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations, and maintaining accurate records across government platforms. The role plays a key part in supporting smooth HR operations while ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor work permits, Iqama renewals, visas, and other government-related transactions.
- Manage HR activities through government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant systems.
- Coordinate with government authorities to ensure timely completion of all employee documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documents, expiry dates, and government transactions.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by completing all required government procedures.
- Prepare and submit official government applications, reports, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and all applicable government regulations.
- Coordinate with Finance and HR regarding government fees, payments, and approvals.
- Provide guidance to colleagues on government-related procedures and documentation.
- Perform other government relations and HR support duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.
Requirements
:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Government Relations or HR Operations, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government platforms including Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad.
- Good understanding of Saudi Labor Law and government procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
