Job Description – HR Specialist

Job Title:HR Specialist

Job Level:Specialist

Job Purpose

To manage and support daily Human Resources operations, employee relations, government platforms, medical insurance administration, and employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • 1. Manage and follow up on daily Human Resources activities in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
  • 2. Maintain and update employee records and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
  • 3. Manage employee contracts, renewals, and related updates.
  • 4. Monitor attendance, working hours, leaves, absences, and late arrivals.
  • 5. Handle employee onboarding, joining procedures, and termination processes.
  • 6. Prepare employment letters, certificates, forms, and other HR documents.
  • 7. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • 8. Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview coordination.
  • 9. Coordinate and implement employee onboarding activities.
  • 10. Support performance appraisal processes and related HR activities.
  • 11. Assist with training and development activities.
  • 12. Prepare periodic HR reports, statistics, and workforce data.
  • 13. Assist in preparing payroll data, allowances, and employee benefits and ensure data accuracy before approval.
Government Platforms
  • 14. Manage and update employee information and complete required transactions through relevant government platforms.
  • 15. Follow up on company and employee transactions through government platforms and ensure timely completion.
  • 16. Maintain and update employee information, permits, licenses, and other HR-related government records.
  • 17. Ensure compliance with government platform requirements and keep employee and company information up to date.
  • 18. Monitor and follow up on HR-related government transactions and requirements.
  • 19. Coordinate with relevant internal departments and government entities when required.
Medical Insurance
  • 20.
    Manage and maintain the medical insurance records for employees and eligible dependents.
  • 21.
    Add new employees and eligible dependents to the medical insurance policy and remove employees upon termination in accordance with company procedures.
  • 22.
    Update employee and dependent information with the insurance provider.
  • 23.
    Follow up on the issuance, renewal, and delivery of medical insurance cards.
  • 24.
    Coordinate with the insurance provider regarding employee inquiries, coverage, and insurance-related issues.
  • 25.
    Follow up on medical insurance requests and claims and coordinate with the insurance provider when required.
  • 26.
    Monitor the medical insurance policy, coverage, renewal dates, and related requirements.
  • 27.
    Maintain confidentiality of employee insurance and personal information.
Additional Responsibilities
  • 28. Ensure compliance with applicable labor regulations, company policies, and HR procedures.
  • 29. Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
  • 30. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information, salaries, and personal records.
  • 31. Coordinate with different departments regarding HR requirements and employee-related matters.
  • 32. Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support management decision-making.
  • 33. Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    .
  • 2–4 years of experience
    in Human Resources.
  • Practical experience using government platforms related to HR and employee affairs
    .
  • Experience in managing and administering employee medical insurance
    .
  • Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
