- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of HR projects and transformation initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with HR functions, business stakeholders, Finance, IT, Procurement, and external consultants/vendors.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, and regular status updates for senior management.
- Manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously and ensure alignment between interconnected projects.
- Support the implementation of HR systems, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead HR process improvement and standardization initiatives across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within HR transformation, project management, consulting, or strategic HR.
