Culture & Engagement Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Implement culture and employee engagement programs aligned with SPPC's strategy to enhance satisfaction, motivation, and overall performance
• 2. Support functional heads to identify cultural performance gaps and implement targeted communication and socialization initiatives to address these issues
• 3. Supervise progress reports and performance analyses, identifying areas for improvement and recommending actionable solutions
• 4. Maintain culture of positivity, equality, and inclusivity through change management strategies and initiatives to retain diverse talent and improve employee retention and experience
• 5. creation of change management approaches and tools in alignment with internal communication strategies, supporting effective transitions and buy-in during organizational changes.

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2. Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 3. 5+ years of experience.
• 1. Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• 2. Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
• 3. Communication skills.
