To support and enhance HR systems and digital solutions by optimizing HR processes, managing system improvements, and collaborating with HR, IT, and vendors to deliver efficient, compliant, and user-focused services that support business objectives.
Key Accountability AreasHR Systems & Applications Support:
- Support and maintain HR systems.
- Coordinate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies and business needs.
HR Business Process Improvement:
- Analyze and improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle.
- Develop standardized HR workflows and automate manual activities.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Requirements Management:
- Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT.
- Support solution design and implementation.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
- Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system enhancements.
- Ensure quality and compliance with HR policies.
Process Documentation:
- Develop HR SOPs, policies, workflows, user guides, and process maps.
- Maintain HR process documentation and governance.
Change Management:
- Coordinate HR system changes and Requests for Change (RFCs).
- Support digital HR initiatives and system rollouts.
Training & User Support:
- Conduct training sessions for HR users.
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot HR system issues.
- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
Delivery:
- Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.
Problem-Solving:
- Solve any related problems arise and escalate any complex operational issues.
Quality:
- Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.
Business Process Improvements:
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.
Compliance:
- Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.
Health, Safety, and Environment:
- Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or Any relevant field
