Role OverviewWe are recruiting a Regional HR Operations Lead Manager to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This role will oversee day-to-day HR operations talent acquisition onboarding payroll integration government relations and labor compliance for expanding engineering and site execution operations in KSA.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee complete HR operations across office and site-based technical work forces in KSA Manage government relations and statutory labor compliance including QIWA MUDAD GOSI Saudization quotas and visa processing Partner with business heads on workforce planning manpower budgeting and talent acquisition for engineering and site execution roles Manage employee relations grievances performance management cycles and monthly payroll validation Develop and standardize HR policies aligned with current Saudi Labor Law regulations.
Education- Masters Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–18 years of progressive HR experience across GCC/KSA markets.
- Practical experience with KSA portals (QIWA, MUDAD, GOSI, Muqeem) and Saudi Labor Law compliance.
- Professional Proficiency in English;
Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Transferable Saudi Iqama or immediate availability for KSA placement.
