Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving people initiatives that support organizational growth and performance. Arabic speaker is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end performance review cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and calibration sessions.
- Drive workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting, org design, and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution in line with local labor law.
- Support talent management processes, including identifying high-potential employees and developing retention strategies.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and L&D teams to ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.
- Support change management initiatives, restructuring, and organizational transformation projects as needed.
- Ensure compliance with local labor law and company policies across all HR practices.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
- Arabic speaker is a must; strong English communication skills required.
- Proven experience managing performance review cycles and workforce planning processes.
- Solid understanding of local labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with ability to build credibility with senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate HR data into actionable insights.
- Highly organized, discrete, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
