We are looking for a hands-on HR Specialist to support recruitment and manage day-to-day HR operations as Nakhla grows. You will work closely with leadership to attract talented people, build reliable HR processes, and deliver a positive employee experience.

This role suits someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable in a growing technology company, and able to balance hiring priorities with employee support.

• Manage recruitment from job descriptions and candidate sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit technical and business roles, including software engineers, AI specialists, sales, and operations professionals
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, leave balances, attendance information, and HR documentation
• Coordinate payroll inputs, benefits administration, and employee requests with finance and relevant service providers
• Support HR compliance and administer relevant Saudi employment platforms, such as Qiwa, GOSI, and Mudad
• Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, employee changes, and offboarding
• Help develop and maintain practical HR policies, procedures, and employee guidance
• Support performance reviews, employee development, engagement, and workplace issue resolution
• Track recruitment progress, headcount, turnover, and other useful HR metrics
• Use HR systems and appropriate AI tools to improve efficiency while protecting employee confidentiality

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, including recruitment and HR operations
• Experience supporting employees and employment processes in Saudi Arabia
• Working knowledge of Saudi labor requirements and relevant government platforms
• Experience recruiting technical roles and assessing candidates alongside hiring managers
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
