This is an excellent opportunity to join the Riyadh based head office of a dynamic and expanding Saudi Arabian company. Working closely with the senior management team you will provide leadership on HR strategies and help develop & implement policies to support the business growth across KSA. The business is involved in the fast food / QSR industry and is currently undergoing a transformation and rapid expansion.

• Policy development and implementation
• Support the management team during the expansion process and the resulting organizational change
• Performance management
• Pay & compensation; ensuring salaries are competitive with market rates
• Recruitment & selection process
• Management of Personnel files
• Development of Training programs
• Various ad hoc projects to support the management team

• You will need a strong base of HR expertise with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the field.
• A degree level education is essential combined ideally with CIPD / SHRM qualifications would be highly valued.
• Previous experience in a restaurant/ food/ QSR environment is essential.
• Due to the Saudization program this role is only open to Saudi nationals.
