Location:
Second Industrial City, Riyadh
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and provide strategic and operational HR support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with management to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and Saudi Labor Law.
- Support performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Analyze HR data and provide recommendations to management.
- Lead organizational development and change-management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- More than 8 years of relevant HR experience, including solid experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional HR certification such as SHRM or CIPD is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
