We are looking for an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations matters and providing guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of workplace issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and provide guidance on employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, attendance and conduct matters
- Advise and coach managers on how to handle employee relations issues effectively and fairly
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the organisation
- Provide practical advice on employment law and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
- Work closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to support organisational and people-related initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience in employee relations, HR or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies and employee relations best practices
- CIPD or another relevant HR qualification is preferred
