You will manage the full range of generalist HR activities in KSA for a new business unit, covering recruitment support, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, employee development, offboarding, and local compliance.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support recruitment activities, workforce planning, and the mobilisation of new employees.
• Manage end-to-end visa and immigration processes, including work visas, business visas, Iqama issuance/renewals, transfers, exit/re-entry visas, and coordination with government authorities and service providers.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance and the payroll department.
• Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace issues.
• Support employee engagement, retention, learning, and development initiatives.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
• Manage employment contracts, including preparation, issuance, renewals, amendments, and documentation through Qiwa.
• Coordinate with Government Relations on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, Iqama, visas, and work permits.
• Manage medical insurance enrolment and employee benefits administration.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and ensure consistent application of HR policies.
• Support performance management, promotions, transfers, and disciplinary processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHRi is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and KSA employment regulations.
• Good command of English and Arabic is preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Experience working in a fast-growing and rapidly scaling organisation is preferred.
• 3+ years in an HR Manager or similar supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience in onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Experience using KSA government platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
