HR Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented fresh graduate to join our Human Capital team as an HR Officer. This is an operations-focused role where you will handle the day-to-day HR transactions that keep the business running, building strong practical foundations in HR operations.

• Create and process employment contracts through Qiwa, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labor Law
• Manage Iqama renewals, work permits, and exit/re-entry visas through Muqeem
• Handle GOSI registrations, updates, and terminations
• Maintain accurate employee records, files, and HR databases
• Process employee requests - letters, certificates, leave, and general HR services
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including documentation and system setup
• Assist with payroll input and attendance data
• Prepare HR operational reports and track key data

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Organized and able to manage multiple requests at once
• Saudi National
• Exposure to Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI) is a plus
• COOP training or internship experience in HR is a plus
