Support the HR Department in delivering effective employee services within the Sales Division by maintaining personnel records, reviewing HR documentation, and preparing performance and workforce reports.

• Review medical reimbursement requests and verify eligibility in line with company policy.
• Verify employee bank loan requests and confirm entitlement according to company guidelines.
• Review and validate school fee claims to ensure eligibility and compliance with approved entitlements.
• Verify payroll documentation for new and probationary employees to ensure timely salary processing.
• Review termination and final settlement requests, ensuring all required documentation and approvals are complete.
• Assess employee appeals and verify supporting documentation to determine eligibility and validity.
• Review Employee Contract Change Requests (ECCR) to ensure compliance with contract change policies.
• Review Contract Renewal Requests (CRR) to ensure compliance with contract renewal policies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly personnel performance reports and analyze departmental performance against established objectives.
• Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Manage customer and consumer complaints, product recalls, accident investigations, and regulatory matters.
• Deliver QSHE training and awareness programs to employees, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Monitor, measure, and report QSHE performance metrics, supporting the achievement of departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
