Recruitment Executive

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Recruitment Executive in Saudi Arabia. Our client is seeking skilled, motivated professionals to support recruitment activities and candidate coordination.

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates against approved job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and verify employment-related information.
• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status updates.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Support offer, joining, and recruitment documentation activities.
• Maintain recruitment reports and track open requirements through closure.

• Candidate Sourcing:
  Ability to identify suitable profiles through multiple recruitment channels.
• Resume Screening:
  Ability to evaluate candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Recruitment Coordination:
  Ability to manage recruitment workflows from sourcing through joining.
• ATS Management:
  Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate databases.
• Interview Coordination:
  Ability to schedule interviews and maintain accurate candidate status records.

• Experience using recruitment portals and professional sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with recruitment reporting and candidate tracking.
• Exposure to high-volume or multi-role recruitment.

• Typical requirement: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related HR recruitment function.
• Experience handling candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment tracking is typically preferred.

• Minimum:
  Typical - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
• Preferred:
  Typical - MBA/PG qualification in Human Resources.
• Additional:
  Recruitment/HR certifications are advantageous but not specified.
