We are looking for an experienced HRIS Specialist to join our HR team.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRIS / HR Systems.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP and SAP Success Factors is required.
- Ability to create, configure, and manage HR processes within SAP and Success Factors.
- Experience in setting up and managing workflows, approval processes, business rules, forms, and system configurations.
- Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and system access.
- Experience in HR reports, dashboards, and employee data management.
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to HR users.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and system integration.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
