Müller's Solutions is looking for a seasoned Success Factors Senior Consultant to become a member of our specialized team. The successful applicant will possess in-depth knowledge of Success Factors modules along with substantial experience in implementing and enhancing HR solutions across various client environments. In this position, you will oversee complete implementation projects, offer strategic advice, and guarantee the effective delivery of HR technology solutions that align with the clients' business goals.
Key Responsibilities- leading the design, configuration, and implementation of Success Factors modules
- collaborating with clients
- managing project timelines
- providing expert advice
- conducting workshops
- working cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field
- minimum 7 years of experience in Success Factors consulting with a proven track record
- in-depth knowledge of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting
- strong project management and leadership skills
- relevant certifications strongly preferred
