Müller's Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant for a 6-month contract. In this dynamic role, you will help our clients leverage SAP Success Factors to enhance their human resources processes, from recruitment to employee development. Your expertise in Success Factors will be instrumental in optimizing HR operations and supporting the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze client requirements to design and implement SAP Success Factors solutions tailored to their HR needs.
- Configure and enhance Success Factors modules, including Employee Central, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Success Factors with other HR and business systems.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for HR teams to maximize the effective use of Success Factors.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to Success Factors functionalities and integrations.
- Document system configurations, user guides, and best practices for future reference.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and features in SAP Success Factors to provide optimal solutions to clients.
