- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Law, or a related field
- Must be eligible for the Tamheer Program and must not have been registered with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) during the past three months
- Intermediate level of English proficiency in writing, speaking, and reading
- Monitor weekly attendance and time records for store employees and prepare attendance reports
- Prepare employee letters, certificates, and P&C related correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule employee meetings and investigations
- Update employee information in the P&C system
- Follow up on resignation and onboarding processes
- Follow up on P&C system requests and ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular follow-ups with employees after company announcements
- Maintain employee files and P&C documentation
- Provide administrative and operational support to the People Operations team
- Assist in preparing periodic People Operations reports
