Job title:

• Senior Human Capital Operations Specialist.

Career objective:

• Implementing human capital operations and providing employee-related services in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted by the Authority.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Implementing the operations related to the affairs of the Authority’s employees and contractors, such as secondment, promotions, assignments, work outside official working hours, bonuses, end of service, deductions, and others, in accordance with the Authority’s policies and regulations.
• Continuing to review the monthly employee movement data in order to prepare payroll statements and payments and make the necessary adjustments to them.
• Ensuring the integrity of the procedures taken and the required documents related to the leave of the Authority’s employees, working hours, attendance and departure in accordance with the approved regulations and systems.
• Directly follow up with new employees and keep up with updating their files with the results of their performance evaluation during the trial period and their confirmation after its end.
• Preparing draft decisions and submitting the necessary procedures upon termination of employee services, in cases of suspension, dismissal, and all disciplinary cases.
• Preparing overtime work reports in light of the overtime work decisions issued regarding those assigned to overtime work and their daily attendance data and performance of their tasks.
• Updating employee data related to annual bonuses and rewards on the human resources system.
• Auditing the calculation of disbursement orders for end-of-service bonuses, assignments, and compensations in accordance with the approved regulations and guidelines.
• Auditing any financial entitlements such as training decisions or performance bonuses.
• Auditing the deduction of amounts due from employees in accordance with the approved regulations and bylaws.
• Coordination with health insurance companies to enroll the employee and his dependents in the approved medical insurance category and to ensure the exclusion and addition of Authority employees and their dependents according to the date of the employee’s joining or the end of his service.
• Implementing the processes related to enrolling and excluding employees in the social insurance system in accordance with the approved regulations and systems, and finalizing the financial settlement with social insurance on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring the integrity of employee files and records and keeping them updated according to current developments.

Conditions
:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• A minimum of two years' experience in human capital operations.
• Complete knowledge of the work system and its executive regulations.
• Knowledge of the social security system.
• Proficiency in English.
