• Training and development specialist.

Terms:

• Bachelor's degree in (Business Administration, Human Resources) or equivalent.
• Certificates in training and development (an added benefit).
• At least 3 years of experience in human resources.

Job duties:

• Collaborating with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and priorities.
• Develop and implement the annual training plan, including proposing training programs, courses, and service providers.
• Designing and delivering interactive training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules using multiple educational technologies and formats.
• Participating in the design and management of the implementation of graduate development programs and leadership programs.
• Managing coordination with relevant parties to register employees in the proposed training courses.
• Evaluating the effectiveness and impact of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
• Keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and developments in learning and development to continuously enhance the training offerings provided.
• Collaborate with external training providers when needed to supplement internal programs.
• Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results.
• A strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Graduate development program management and project management skills are an added advantage.
