HR Business Partner

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered and high-quality electrical products.

We operate advanced manufacturing facilities in Riyadh, producing a wide range of solutions for utility and industrial customers, including:

• Smart energy meters
• LV & MV instrument transformers
• LV & MV switch gear solutions (up to 36 kV)
• Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)

• Partner with business leaders and managers to understand business needs and provide effective HR solutions.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
• Support managers in handling employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Lead and support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Identify talent needs and collaborate with management on recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support organizational change initiatives and contribute to enhancing employee engagement and organizational culture.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on people management and HR-related matters.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
• Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR regulations.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
