Senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

We are seeking an experienced SAP Success Factors Employee Central Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing SAP Success Factors Employee Central modules and a deep understanding of HR processes. You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and support of Employee Central solutions, working closely with clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Success Factors Employee Central modules.
• Provide end-to-end solution delivery, from requirement gathering to go-live support.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize workflows, manage data integration, and optimize the Employee Central system.
• Provide technical and functional expertise on Employee Central processes, including employee data management, payroll, time management, and organizational structures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards within Saudi Arabia.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support users and HR teams.
• Offer post-go-live support and resolve any system-related issues.
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of implemented solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP Success Factors developments and trends.

• Minimum 9 years of experience in SAP HCM and Success Factors implementation.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of SAP Success Factors Employee Central.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in employee data management, organizational structure, and time management.
• Knowledge of integration with other Success Factors modules and third-party systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• SAP Success Factors Employee Central certification is preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
