A major contracting company is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join its Head Office team in Riyadh.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily HR operations and ensure efficient implementation of HR processes.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare periodic HR reports, analyze data, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide management with accurate reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Oversee employee affairs, employment contracts, personnel files, and compliance with Saudi Labor Law.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
- Standardize and document HR procedures across departments and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in HR operations management, preferably in the contracting sector.
- Strong experience in HR reporting, data analysis, and KPI monitoring.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Hands-on experience with Jisr HR system.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in preparing HR reports and analysis.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
