Human Resource; HR) Specialist

We are looking for a skilled and organized Saudi HR Specialist to join our team and handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related matters.

• Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee files and HR databases
• Manage attendance, leave, and employee information
• Coordinate employee transfers, renewals, and related government procedures
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records
• Support payroll and employee benefits coordination
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company HR policies
• Coordinate with employees and management regarding HR-related matters

• Qiwa – Employment contracts, employee services & HR procedures
• Muqeem – Iqama and employee residency services
• GOSI – Social insurance and employee records
• Mudad – Payroll and wage protection services
• Absher Business – Government employee services
• Microsoft Word & Outlook – Documentation and communication

• Previous experience as an HR Specialist / HR Officer in Saudi Arabia
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR procedures
• Experience with Saudi government HR platforms is highly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good command of English
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
