Human Resources Officer – InterContinental

This role is based at the Inter Continental Riyadh hotel, located on King Saud Road. The Human Resources Officer will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies and labor requirements.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
• Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
• Maintain and update employee files, HR systems, databases, and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, reports, and other employment-related documents.
• Respond to employee enquiries and support employee relations and engagement activities.
• Coordinate training, trainee programs, and employee development activities.
• Ensure HR procedures comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain employee confidentiality and follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and IHG standards.

• Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn HR systems quickly.
