Human Resources Officer

Coordinate recruitment activities, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.

Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.

Maintain and update employee files, HR systems, databases, and recruitment trackers.

Prepare HR letters, certificates, reports, and other employment-related documents.

Respond to employee enquiries and support employee relations and engagement activities.

Coordinate training, trainee programs, and employee development activities.

Ensure HR procedures comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.

Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Enthusiasm for human resources and organizational culture
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
