Master-Works is on the lookout for a talented and driven Business Intelligence Analyst to enhance our analytics team. In this role, you will harness the power of data to inform strategic decisions and offer valuable insights. Collaborating with various departments, you will interpret complex datasets and transform them into meaningful reports and dashboards that drive business performance.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with business units to understand their analytical requirements
- Gather and analyze data to create detailed reports and dashboards
- Design innovative data models to improve reporting efficiency
- Conduct regular data reviews to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making
- Stay current with industry trends in business intelligence and analytics
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or a similar position
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data mining, and analysis
- Familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is an asset
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data mining, and analysis
