We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our growing Product team. This role focuses on uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations through research methods. Insights will guide evidence-based design and product decisions, enhancing the overall user experience.
Responsibilities- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, usability studies, and field observations.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that guide product and design decisions.
- Develop personas, journey maps, and research documentation to align cross‑functional teams around user needs.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to validate concepts and prototypes.
- Track and measure the impact of design decisions through user feedback and usability metrics.
- Advocate for the voice of the customer across the organization, influencing both strategic and tactical product initiatives.
- Stay updated on UX trends, research tools, and methodologies to continuously improve practices at Fly Akeed.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
- Proven experience with research tools such as Maze, Usability Hub, User Testing, or equivalent platforms.
- Skilled in data analysis and storytelling, with the ability to present insights persuasively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Figma for integrating research findings into design workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Previous experience in travel tech, SaaS, or B2B products is a plus.
