Position Overview The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead IGate's technology arm, driving the design, development, and scaling of our platforms with a strong focus on AI Agents
, Agentic AI
, SaaS solutions, and cloud-native architectures. This role requires vision, hands-on leadership, and the ability to integrate advanced AI frameworks to build intelligent, autonomous, and user-centric systems. You will report directly to the CEO and align technology investments with IGate's mission to transform innovation in Saudi Arabia and beyond. The CTO will work closely with IGate's Egypt-based engineering team to ensure seamless coordination, high productivity, and unified technology execution across locations.

• Technology Strategy & Leadership
  • Define and execute IGate's technology vision, with a roadmap emphasizing AI-driven capabilities and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Drive innovation in AI Agents to deliver autonomous task execution, workflow orchestration, and decision support.
  • Align technology initiatives with business objectives, revenue growth, and scalability requirements.
  • Stay ahead of AI and software engineering trends to maintain IGate's competitive edge.
• Product Development & Delivery
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of IGate platforms, ensuring AI Agent capabilities are embedded where they add maximum value.
  • Build adaptive, context-aware systems capable of autonomous problem-solving and multi-step task execution.
  • Implement agile, iterative development cycles for rapid and reliable delivery.
  • Validate product-market fit through data-driven decisions and customer feedback.
• Operational Excellence
  • Build and manage a world-class engineering, AI, and Dev Ops team.
  • Oversee the work of the Egypt-based engineering team, ensuring strong communication, collaboration, and delivery alignment.
  • Implement governance, cybersecurity standards, and compliance protocols (including Saudi-specific regulations).
  • Monitor KPIs for uptime, performance, scalability, and AI accuracy.
• AI & Agentic AI Innovation
  • Develop proprietary AI Agent frameworks capable of learning, adapting, and executing multi-step tasks autonomously.
  • Lead R&D in Agentic AI, focusing on orchestration between multiple AI Agents for complex workflows.
  • Oversee integration with LLMs and multimodal AI models for advanced reasoning and context handling.
  • Ensure defensibility of technology through IP development, proprietary datasets, and unique architectures.
• Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
  • Collaborate with the CEO, Board, and venture partners to secure technology investments and strategic alliances.
  • Present AI strategy, platform roadmaps, and innovation outcomes to investors, partners, and clients.
  • Engage with Saudi and GCC AI ecosystems to position IGate as a leader in Agentic AI solutions.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a CTO or senior engineering role.
• Proven track record in SaaS, AI/ML, and AI Agent development.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI architectures, autonomous systems, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI into production platforms with measurable business impact.
• Strong background in agile development, Dev Ops, and scalable architectures.
• Ability to lead distributed teams and work effectively across multiple geographies, including Egypt.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English is required;
  Arabic is not mandatory.

• Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Headquarters) - Onsite leadership role with remote collaboration with Egypt-based team.
