Position: Product Manager – E-commerce Experience

Department: Product Management
Reports To: Head of Product / Chief Product Officer

7+ years in Product Management, preferably in E-commerce or related domains

About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager – E-commerce Experience to lead the development and optimization of our customer-facing digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the shopping experience, improve conversion rates, and ensure seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive the roadmap for the e-commerce experience, including user onboarding, product discovery, checkout, and post-purchase flows.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver a world-class e-commerce experience.
  • Identify customer pain points and use data-driven insights to drive feature improvements and innovation.
  • Define and track KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, customer satisfaction scores, and retention metrics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to validate hypotheses and optimize the user journey.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and timely execution of product initiatives.
  • Benchmark user experience with industry standards and competitor platforms.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and business value.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management within the e-commerce domain.
  • Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle, Agile methodology, and UX principles.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-obsessed environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in mobile-first or omnichannel e-commerce environments.
  • Exposure to personalization, search optimization, or recommendation engines.
  • Strong business acumen and an eye for design.
