Al-Khaleej is hiring NOC Engineers/Operators to monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about network operations and eager to grow in a dynamic telecom environment.

As a NOC Engineer/Operator, you will be responsible for 24/7 monitoring of systems, logging incidents, and responding to alerts promptly. You will work closely with technical teams to resolve issues and maintain operational stability. This position offers hands‑on experience with ITSM platforms and network monitoring tools, providing a strong foundation for career growth in telecommunications.

• Monitor network and system infrastructure round-the-clock
• Log and resolve incidents following standard operating procedures
• Respond to alerts and service interruptions promptly
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to resolve technical issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networks, or Telecommunications
• 1–2 years of experience in NOC or technical support roles
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms (preferably Service Now)
• Experience or training with monitoring tools like Solar Winds
• Ability to work in shifts and respond to technical emergencies

• Basic troubleshooting skills for network and system issues
• Understanding of incident management and escalation processes
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Exposure to telecom environments and multi‑vendor systems
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in high‑pressure situations
