The Design Ops Specialist ensures smooth execution and scalability of design processes, enabling design teams to deliver quality, efficiency, and impact across product and brand surfaces.
Key Responsibilities- Streamline and document end‑to‑end design workflows, tools, and best practices.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of design requests across teams.
- Support operational planning — OKRs, metrics, and delivery tracking for the design org.
- Maintain design systems operations (Figma libraries, tokens, documentation updates).
- Partner with PMO, Product Ops, and Engineering to improve cross‑functional efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding, vendor coordination, and maintaining resourcing dashboards.
- Monitor design delivery SLAs and quality metrics through defined frameworks.
- 0–2 years experience in Design Ops, Project Coordination, or similar operational roles.
- Strong understanding of design tools (Figma, Notion, Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with design systems and agile product workflows.
- Detail‑oriented with strong process thinking and stakeholder management.
