We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven Producer to join our GenAI team and lead AI adoption initiatives across the company.

Mirai is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager
- Gen AI to join our GenAI team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants to be at the forefront of AI implementation in the gaming industry. You will drive the identification, testing, adoption, and scaling of AI tools, while also managing documentation and communication across global stakeholders.

Must be a Saudi National

• Identify and evaluate AI tools that address specific functional needs across departments (HR, Engineering, Art, etc)
• Conduct initial testing of potential tools within the GenAI team
• Coordinate and document proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives with various functional and game teams
• Drive the adoption and scaling of successful tools across the organization
• Manage licensing and implementation processes

• Monitor emerging AI technologies and identify potential applications
• Document use cases and create roadmaps for implementation
• Connect with functional leads to gather requirements and initiate POCs
• Organize training sessions for teams adopting new AI tools

• Build and maintain project tracking systems from the ground up
• Create comprehensive documentation of team activities, decisions, and outcomes
• Manage task allocation and track progress across multiple initiatives
• Compile and distribute monthly newsletters on AI developments
• Prepare weekly updates on industry news and relevant AI advancements

• Collaborate with global stakeholders across different functions and time zones
• Present AI solutions to potential internal users and "sell" the tools
• Maintain effective communication with legal teams for SOWs, NDAs, and other agreements
• Document all stakeholder conversations and follow up accordingly

• Proven experience in project management or producer roles
• Usage of AI technologies and their practical applications
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative without direct supervision
• Experience building processes and systems from scratch
• Adaptability and comfort with frequent pivoting based on changing priorities
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
