We are seeking a passionate Cyber Security Manager in Mirai’s new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities- Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity program that safeguards client data, internal systems, and our service offerings.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize risks to the security of information and operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies tailored to the gaming service industry.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local and international cybersecurity regulations and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR, where applicable.
- Oversee the protection of sensitive client information, ensuring that appropriate data encryption, access controls, and privacy measures are in place.
- Establish and manage incident response protocols to swiftly address and resolve security breaches or threats, minimizing potential impact on clients and operations.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure ongoing compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead security awareness initiatives to educate employees about cybersecurity risks and best practices, fostering a culture of security throughout the organization.
- Work closely with clients and third-party vendors to ensure that security standards are met across all partnerships and service agreements.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to continuously enhance Mirai’s security posture and service offerings.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cybersecurity lead/management role, preferably within the gaming or technology service industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, threats, and protective measures.
- Experience with implementing and managing security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage and respond to security incidents effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams and with external partners.
- Ability to work independently in a startup environment
