- Partner with clients to understand business objectives and translate them into measurable analytics strategies.
- Implement, configure, and optimize tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Braze, and Contentsquare to track customer journeys and behavior.
- Design, manage, and validate data collection frameworks, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on user behavior, funnel performance, retention, and engagement.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations that drive growth, conversion, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure analytics best practices are embedded across the business.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in analytics, martech, and growth strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, digital product consulting, or growth strategy.
- Proven hands‑on expertise with one or more of the following tools:
Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Contentsquare. - Strong experience working in consumer apps, e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
- Ability to turn complex data into simple, compelling stories and recommendations.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, or related).
- Experience in growth/retention marketing analytics.
- Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages for advanced analysis.
- Previous consulting or agency-side experience.
