AI Team Lead​/AI Technical Manager

Lucidya is on the forefront of innovation in artificial intelligence and is looking for a skilled AI Manager to oversee our AI programs and initiatives. In this key role, you will lead a dedicated team of machine learning/AI engineers, managing the development and implementation of AI technologies that enhance our offerings and drive business success.

As an AI Manager within our AI Agent Team, you will be key in developing a new flagship product from the ground up. This role will allow you to demonstrate a 'starter' mindset while nurturing both the product and the team. You will have the chance to exhibit your comprehensive skill set, including both soft and technical abilities. Experience in building AI Agents is essential.

• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, along with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Experience with the full machine learning lifecycle, from data gathering to model deployment.
• Strong Practical Experience in building and deploying AI Agents

• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and experienced with ML frameworks like Tensor Flow and PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, particularly in MLOps.
• Strong understanding and ability to work with LLMs and know their limitations
• Strong experience in evaluating and testing LLMs/AI Systems
• Experience with cloud computing platforms and tools (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
