A leading IT service firm in Saudi Arabia is looking for a SharePoint & Web Application Support Engineer to provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint On-Premises and .NET applications. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, and knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes. Responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting SharePoint issues, managing incidents using ITSM tools, and collaborating with development teams.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
