AI Business Analyst Lead

Master-Works is seeking an experienced AI Business Analyst Lead to spearhead our initiatives in leveraging artificial intelligence to drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will guide a team of analysts in understanding client needs and translating them into AI-driven solutions. Your leadership will be essential in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that AI projects align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts in evaluating and implementing AI solutions across various business units.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify business challenges and explore AI opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to inform the development of AI models and algorithms.
• Design and oversee the implementation of AI-driven business strategies and initiatives.
• Develop clear business cases for AI projects, outlining costs, benefits, risks, and revenue generation potential.
• Facilitate collaboration between technical teams (data scientists, engineers) and business units to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and analytics.
• Measure and report on the performance of AI initiatives to stakeholders through detailed reporting and presentations.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on AI or advanced analytics.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of analysts.
• Strong understanding of AI principles, machine learning algorithms, and data modeling.
• Excellent project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
