We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in the retail and wholesale sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly in a retail context, and have a proven track record of successfully designing and implementing ERP solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. The Senior ERP Solution Architect will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure the ERP system aligns with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions tailored to the retail and wholesale industry, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP integration.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to lead projects independently.

Experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable.

Relevant certifications in ERP systems or architecture will be considered an advantage.
