A leading organization in Riyadh is seeking a skilled VMware & Nutanix Server Administrator to manage and optimize its virtualization infrastructure. This role is crucial for ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance across enterprise systems.

As a VMware & Nutanix Server Administrator, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and maintaining virtualization environments to support mission-critical applications. You will work closely with IT teams to troubleshoot issues, implement best practices, and ensure seamless integration of VMware and Nutanix solutions. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting‑edge virtualization technologies in a dynamic and growth‑oriented environment.

• Install, configure, and manage VMware ESXi hosts and vCenter environments.
• Administer Nutanix clusters and ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and capacity planning.
• Monitor virtualization infrastructure and resolve performance or availability issues.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and high‑availability strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business‑critical applications.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with security standards.

• Strong hands‑on experience with VMware virtualization technologies (ESXi, vCenter).
• Proven expertise in managing Nutanix environments.
• Solid understanding of server hardware, storage, and networking fundamentals.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex virtualization issues effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (VMware VCP, Nutanix NCP) are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Experience with automation tools for virtualization management.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and integration.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Power Shell, Python) for automation.
• Exposure to backup solutions and disaster recovery planning.
• Understanding of security best practices in virtualized environments.
