Senior Wintel/Identity Administrator – Riyadh

The Senior Wintel/Identity Administrator will manage and support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, identity services, and virtualization platforms. The role includes administering Windows Server, managing vCenter, handling AD structure and GPO configuration, ensuring security, and maintaining high system availability.

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments.
• Manage vCenter and virtualization infrastructure.
• Oversee Active Directory management, including user lifecycle and security policies.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization measures.
• Ensure infrastructure security, compliance, and patching alignment.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to support operational needs.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, standards, and procedures.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Windows Server administration, AD management, GPOs, and vCenter.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• MCSE and/or VMware VCP certification (required).
