Job Description 1. Offline and online training work- Trainees: sales team, distributors, resellers, installers, and promoters.
- Typical training scenarios: new product launches, new customer development, quarterly regular training.
- Service objects: distributors, resellers and installers.
- Deal with typical problems: installation problems, links, video playback, etc.
- Processing method:
Facebook, phone, chat software.
- Service object: distributors, resellers and installers.
- Typical scenario:
Resolve technical problems on site and resolve product quality issues.
- Sorting out localized user guidance materials.
- General issues, quick installation manuals in local language, and operation video shooting.
- Typical scenarios: annual customer meetings, annual new product launches, industry exhibitions.
- Main role: product presentation, technical solutions, sample booth setting.
- Partner App: update the product material, promote the App to resellers and installers.
- 3‑year experience in the technical support position.
- Have deep knowledge in IT/CCTV/Technology products.
- Familiar with CCTV, smart home, wifi camera industry.
- Bachelor degree of technical or related field.
- Good English and Arabic reading, writing and speaking.
- Good interpersonal, written oral communication and presentation skills.
- Customer‑oriented.
- Accustomed to frequent business trips.
