• Complete a 2-month rotational training program covering:
  Architecture fundamentals, Compiler/toolchain, and SDK development
• After rotations, focus on your chosen domain and own key features
• Collaborate daily with hardware architects and software engineers to deliver production-ready solution
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization

• Education:
  
  BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Experience in at least one of:
  Python, C++, System
  
  C, or System Verilog. Eagerness to learn additional languages and tooling.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communicator: collaborative, curious, and receptive to feedback.
• Innovative mindset: keen to brainstorm and prototype new engineering solutions.

• Academic or hobby projects in compiler construction, hardware accelerators, or embedded software.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or ONNX.
• Hands-on experience with Git-based workflows and Linux development environments.
