• Assist in managing a team responsible for package software application development.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role or years of relevant work experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
• Technical knowledge in package applications.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus.
